The advertiser must ensure that the advertisement content they enter consists of up-to-date and accurate information and that they have the authority to use and advertise the content in question. All responsibility regarding the advertisement content belongs to the advertiser.
The advertiser can only publish one advertisement for each real estate. If more than one advertisement is published for the same real estate under a corporate membership, the duplicate advertisements will be deleted from the system by ANFECA.
Ad photos must consist only of photos of the real estate and there should be no restrictions on the publication of these photos on the site. Logos and similar photographs will be deleted from the advertisement content by ANFECA.
The advertisement title and content must contain only information about the real estate advertised.
Ads for real estates that have been sold, rented or withdrawn from sale must be archived by the advertiser.
By publishing an advertisement on www.kackurus.com, the advertiser accepts, declares and undertakes to act within the framework of these advertisement publishing rules, Membership Agreement, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy determined by ANFECA and updated by ANFECA.
The advertisements of advertisers who do not act within the framework of these rules may be partially or completely deleted, their advertisement content may be can be listed, ANFECA can unilaterally terminate the advertisement owner's membership, and terminate the Membership Agreement.
