These terms of use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms of Use") determine the terms and conditions to be followed during the use of the www.kackurus.com domain website and the websites affiliated to it (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") as a user and/or member, managed by ANFECA Yazılım ve Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. (hereinafter referred to as "ANFECA"). Users visiting the Site and members with whom a Membership Agreement has been made between ANFECA accept and undertake to comply with the rules specified below while using the Site. ANFECA aims to provide listing and viewing options subject to various terms and conditions for real estate sales, rentals and similar services and transactions by real and legal persons, including real estate agents, contractors and construction companies, and for the relevant advertisements related to the real estates in question, and to provide access to these advertisements for viewing by members and Site Users.

By visiting the Site and/or becoming a member, you hereby accept, declare and undertake that you have read the Terms of Use specified below, fully understood them and accepted and approved the Terms of Use without any objection and that you will not raise any objection or defense regarding these matters. If you do not accept these Terms of Use, please stop using the Site.
ANFECA has the right to make unilateral changes, adjustments and updates to these Terms of Use, the Site and the content of the Site at any time. These changes, adjustments and updates become valid from the moment they are published on the Site and are deemed to have been accepted by the User/Member. Site Users and Members are deemed to have accepted the updated/changed/adjusted articles with each new entry to www.kackurus.com, https://www.kackurus.com and all related domain names.
1. DEFINITIONS
Site: Refers to the internet site www.kackurus.com, which belongs to ANFECA. Service/Services: Applications put forward by ANFECA to ensure that members perform their work and transactions defined in this agreement, including membership packages and "Turbo" products purchased by members to publish ads on the Site.
Turbo: "Priority listing, Home Page Showcase, Category Showcase, Colored Background Bold Title, Listing Showcase, Real Estate News Detail Showcase, Ad tags; Urgent, Opportunity, Price Drop, Investment" and similar ads entered by members on the site, faster by the ad manager ANFECA advertisement services, the features and fees of which are specified in the relevant parts of the Site or the features and fees of which are declared to the member by ANFECA officials, for the purpose of ensuring that they are displayed.
Credit: Unit value that provides the members with the right to purchase "Turbo", "Services" and "Service Packages" provided by ANFECA, that can only be used in ANFECA Services, that can be purchased by the member through the Site or that is sold to the member by the Sales Representative.
User/Users: To review the advertisements
Real persons and legal entities who access the Site.
Member/s: Real persons and legal entities who become members of the Site in accordance with the terms of this agreement and benefit from the content, applications and Services on the Site.
Corporate Member: Real persons and legal entities who become members by providing their commercial and personal information to the Site and have their advertisements published (real estate agencies, banks, construction companies, dormitories)
Individual Member: Real persons and legal entities who become members by providing their personal information to the Site and have their advertisements published natural persons and legal entities
Service Packages: A type of Service where various Turbo products and Services are combined by ANFECA and offered to members in a combined manner.
